We're hiring across the floor and behind the bar. If you're good at your job and take some pride in it, that's the starting point. The rest we can work with.

Full & Part Time

Bartender

The bar at Vincent's is a real bar — not a service counter. You're building regulars and making sure the room runs. We want someone who knows their craft, can read the floor, and doesn't need to be managed through a Friday night rush. Full and part-time positions available.

Part Time — Evenings & Weekends

Server / Table Host

You're the first face people see when they sit down. The job is straightforward: be attentive, know the menu, and make sure nobody's waiting longer than they should be. Evenings and weekends, with league nights being the anchor of the schedule.

Bar Back

The bar runs on the bar back. Ice, stock, glass returns, staying ahead of the service well — if the bar is running clean and fast, it's because of you. Good entry point into the industry if that's where you're headed.

The Room

What you're walking into

Vincent's is a dedicated billiard room and bar in downtown Manhattan, Kansas — tournament-grade tables, proper overhead lighting, a full bar program, and a kitchen. Not a sports bar with a pool table. The real thing.

We're opening in October 2027. Between now and then, we're building the team carefully. The people who join early set the standard. That matters to us.
